How Does Your Family Celebrate Valentine’s Day?

Today I thought I’d show you the first part of a video series I’m involved with (along with several of my beautiful Chicago blogger friends!), produced by MJ Tam for the Chicagonista Live show. The series is called “Our Voices” (#OurVoices). I love many things about this particular video, but my favorite is the Barbara Walters/Oprah-style lighting that worked miracles I’ve never seen before. I’m working on a way to have that light follow me around everywhere.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

A fun video! I tend to go overboard at Valentine’s day with my kids. My hubs doesn’t really like candy, so I try to find other less caloric ways to show him he’s special.

Hope you guys had a great Valentine’s Day, Tara!

Very nice Video. Happy Valentines Day! I did a bad thing I got your Dad an American Greeting card this year. It just kills me, after working for Hallmark for over 25 years I hate to buy anything else but I just desided to make the break and buy in the store that I was at, and this time it was Wal Mart. Love You.

We need to get WalMart to carry Hallmark! 😉

      Love you too!

That was AWESOME. Valentine’s day was so fun for me as a kid. My mom always made some kind of awesome heart shaped food all day and dinner was mini baked home made pizzas that my brother & I constructed out of heart shaped dough. 🙂

Such a cute video! I always take the girls picture around Valentine’s day and then on the day, I make special treats (like cake balls!) and get them a few little gifts.
